I studied statistics and I build products. Right now that means GrammarLens — an English grammar app for iOS that I researched, specced, and wrote myself. I'm looking for a product management role.

This site is the short version. It's here to show how I work rather than list everything I've done.

Building GrammarLens

GrammarLens explains why an English sentence is wrong instead of just marking it wrong. It's built in Flutter and calls a language model to generate the explanation in context.

I did the user research, wrote the PRD, built the app, tested it with four people, and made two rounds of changes based on what they said. It isn't in the App Store yet.

I state the real number

I tested GrammarLens with four people, not forty. Four was what I could actually get, and it was enough to cut two features I was attached to. I'd rather tell you the real sample size than round it into something that sounds better.

I build to find out what I'm wrong about

I taught myself Flutter because I wanted to know whether my idea survived contact with a real screen. Writing the spec was the easy part. Shipping it is where I found out that my assumption about how people would use it was wrong.

I treat cost as a product constraint

GrammarLens calls a model on every check, and every call costs money. So I batched evaluations and let users choose question length. That's not a technical detail — it's the difference between a product I can run and one I can't.

Tools I use regularly: Flutter and Dart, SQL, Power BI, Excel, statistical modelling.
